How to order online


BVM's online ordering serves you 24 hours a day 7-days a week. To begin ordering, just browse through the site as you normally would, then you should see either a table type of menu (shown below) to fill in the quantities or a button like this - . With the table type of menu, just fill in the quantities of each product that you would like and click on the button at the bottom of that particular table. If there is only the button, just click on the button and it takes you to your shopping list.

Once you have clicked the button, you will be taken to another screen. This screen shows all items that you have chosen and gives you the following options:

Recalculates the total amount of your order.
Click this button when you are finished shopping and it will take you through the remaining steps to process your order.
Brings you back to the last page you were visiting.


Payment Methods: BVM accepts VISA or Mastercard. Your credit card information is only collected while on a secure server (SSL). Your credit card will not be charged until your order is in process. C.O.D. deliveries are available and will have the $7.50 C.O.D. charge added to the shipping costs.


Tax: All Florida residents will have the 7% sales tax calculated into their order.


Shipping Charges: When you are finished shopping, you will hit the button and there will be a box where you type in the method of shipment you prefer. Shipping charges will vary. BVM uses UPS, FedEx, BAX Global, DHL, the U.S. Postal Service, and Team Air. The fixed $7.50 shipping charge is the minimum for any order. If your order requires a larger size box (for multiple items) or is heavier than average, you will be charged accordingly. Normal shipping charges range from $7.50 - $12.00 (for small orders). Please note that overnight, 2-day and 3-day services incur higher shipping charges. All UPS charges are calculated with a live shipping program with exact pricing.


Shipping time: All orders will be processed the following business day (eastern time zone). For example, if you order Monday, it will be shipped out on Tuesday.


Disclosures: BVM prides itself in providing a quality product delivered to customers on time. Due to the popularity of certain products, we can not guarantee that each item you have ordered will be in stock. If any items you ordered are not in stock, BVM will inform you immediately. Certain items such as kits and engines must be ordered directly (407)-327-6333 - ph or (407)-327-5020 - fax. *ALL KIT SALES ARE FINAL. No returns unless authorized by BVM. There is a 15% re-stocking charge for authorized returns. Returned items are for store credit only and must be received by BVM in original form within 30 days of the invoice date and include a BVM return authorization number.
