2.6 Meter

The 2.6 Edge 540T is a high energy aerobatic machine, from blenders to rolling harriers, this model can handle it. Designed around a 100cc engine, the 2.6 Edge has plug-in wings and stabs with all servos mounted internally. This makes removal of these surfaces quick and easy for transport or storage.

Extra large control surfaces allow you to perform all 3D maneuvers without hesitation. Flip the dual rates down to a more reasonable setting and you can perform precision maneuvers for IMAC patterns. This model does it all.

The kit components include a clear canopy, strong molded landing gear, full set of protective covers (including the wing & stab tubes!), matching fiberglass wheel pants, servo tray, tank tray, control horns, control arms and heavy duty pull-pull hardware for the rudder.

The 2.6 Edge is available in 3 house schemes and the yellow fantasy scheme (shown above).

Stronger Wing Tubes for the 2.6

To our knowledge, there have been 2 occurrences of the wing tube bending during extreme maneuvering on the 2.6 Meter Edge 540.

Kits sold by BVM Props have a stronger tube. This thicker wall aluminum tube is available as a retrofit to owners of earlier manufactured Edges. If you push your Edge to the limits, we recommend this upgrade. Ask for part # PM-MA-0008 Price - $45.00 (plus freight)
